The view of the landscape is depicted as a fresco featuring cities and villages. The cardinal or his guests, between prayer and cultural conversations, had access within the Palace to a spiritual journey that unfolded from the chapel to the loggia, from the art gallery to the Hall of the Putti. The Hall of the Landscape concludes this reflection with a broad, abstract view devoid of human figures, which are implied in the depictions of the fortified villages. The landscape symbolizes Creation, the natural elements, and the earthly journey of humankind, accompanied by challenges and obstacles to prepare for the divine vision and entry into the heavenly Jerusalem.
